Malcolm X College launched a yearlong celebration commemorating 40 years of empowering through education and service to the community at the Red and Black Tie President’s Scholarship Gala. Nearly 500 guests joined in the festivities that featured recording artists, After 7 and Avant and the artist-in-residence dance troupe, Najwa Dance Corps.
