Today, Senator Dick Durbin joined Ald. Daniel Solis in kicking off the last weekend before the aldermanic runoff in the 25th Ward at World Wide Produce at the Chicago International Produce Terminal. In attendance were over 300 supporters of Ald. Solis including Senator Dick Durbin, Ald. Bob Fioretti, and Ald. Joe Moreno.

Senator Durbin addressed the crowd giving a rousing support speech for Ald. Solis.

"It is a pleasure to have Senator Durbin stand beside me today. I am grateful for his support and the support of all of my volunteers," said Ald. Solis.

Chicago International Produce Market contains 18 businesses employing over 500 people and covering 550,000 square feet. Chicago International Produce Market moved into the Pilsen Industrial Corridor with funding from the Pilsen TIF under Ald. Solis' leadership.

Election day is April, 5th.
