Matli is excited to offer our first ever Full Day Summer Dance Camp! We are a non-profit youth dance center with a strong dedication and commitment to the personal and artistic development of our students. Our camp will reflect these values and will feature trained, qualified, experienced staff with strong artistic abilities and boundless energy.
We will keep safe and productive Teacher to Student ratio.
We will focus on both elevating dance and performance skills and on self-esteem, communication skills and personal development.
Full Day Camp Runs June 28th to August 09th- Monday Through Friday. Camp begins at 9 a.m. --Early Care option begins at 8:00 a.m. Camp ends at 3 p.m. – Extended Care option ends at 5:00 p.m.
Dance Classes: Training in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Latin Dance, Zumba, and Gymnastics.
Daily Enrichment Activities: Workshops on Communication skills, Daily
Reading Time, Arts & Crafts projects centered on themes of Positive Self-Esteem.
Weekly Field Trips include a Museum, Movies, and local and downtown
Eligibility: Students need to be between ages 6 and 12 years old. Students who are currently enrolled at ‘Matli Dance Academy who do not meet age requirements need Instructor approval to enroll in the camp.
Cost: The Total Cost of the Summer Camp is $600; A Payment plan is available.
Enrollment and Payment
Step 1: Complete Admission Form, Provide non-refundable Deposit of $200, Schedule Orientation (Welcome Letter will be sent to your mailing address)
Step 2: Attend Orientation June17th & Complete Payment or set up Payment Plan (2-3 Installments), Purchase Camp Uniform, Set up Early or After Care options. Admission & Deposit can be done at ‘Matli: 4614-16 South Pulaski Chicago, IL. during office hours Mon-Thur 6 to 8 & Sat. 9 to 3.
